Missionary of the Canção Community Catarine Muniz begins meditation prayer time today with the reading of Psalm 37.18 to 24:
“The LORD knows the days of the blameless; their heritage lasts forever.They will not be ashamed when times are bad;in days of famine they will be satisfied.The wicked perish, enemies of the LORD;They shall be consumed like fattened lambs;like smoke they disappear.The wicked one borrows but does not repay;the righteous one is generous and gives.For those blessed by the Lord will inherit the earth,but those accursed will be cut off.The valiant one whose steps are guided by the LORD, who will delight in his way,May stumble, but he will never fall,for the LORD holds his hand.“
And motivates us to trust in the promises that God has for us and to Him we surrender our lives. And pray that the Lord meets our heart and makes firm our steps in His way, in order to rekindle in us the hope, joy and faith.
“Maybe your heart is in troubled and even it lost the courage to dream and hope in God. Calm the storm that we are living in this time of pain and sorrow, Lord, for we have executed the steps in the Lord Jesus. Gives us grace of His Holy Spirit to come to us. consecrate our lives to God in hope and the certainty that He keeps us, ” Catarine interceded
