Marathon of Prayer on R\u00e1dio Am\u00e9rica<\/span><\/p>\n

R\u00e1dio Am\u00e9rica, a Can\u00e7\u00e3o Nova Radio Station broadcasting in Sao Paulo Brazil on AM 1410, announced that it will hold a marathon of prayer on the 14th of February. <\/span><\/p>\n

It is a full day day dedicated exclusively to prayer. This is the principle objective of the fourth Marathon of Prayer promoted by the broadcaster. The initiative began in November of 2008 to share with listeners the opportunity to live an intense day of prayer, even while in their own houses and involved in daily activities.<\/p>\n

The Fourth Marathon of Prayer will take place on the 14th of February<\/span><\/p>\n

Counting on the participation of diverse priests, missionaries and other invited guests, the programming for the event includes transmission of Masses live, moments of adoration of the Most Holy Sacrament, the Divine Mercy Chaplet and other activities. The Marathon of Prayer commences at Midnight Sao Paulo Daylight Savings Time. (UTC-0300) on the 14th of February and goes until midnight of the 15 of February. That is 24 hours of prayer, without stopping, through R\u00e1dio Am\u00e9rica. <\/span><\/p>\n

The listeners can participate live in the initiative, through telephone and through social networks, presenting their petitions and being attended in prayer by invited priests. <\/span><\/p>\n

The fourth Marathon of Prayer is also an opportunity to prepare ourselves well for the coming of Lent, a strong time dedicated to prayer and the encounter with God. <\/span><\/p>\n
