{"id":14819,"date":"2014-05-06T01:01:41","date_gmt":"2014-05-06T06:01:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.cancaonova.com\/catholicismanew\/?p=14819"},"modified":"2014-05-02T05:08:15","modified_gmt":"2014-05-02T10:08:15","slug":"justice-is-revealed-in-st-joseph","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.cancaonova.com\/catholicismanew\/2014\/05\/06\/justice-is-revealed-in-st-joseph\/","title":{"rendered":"Justice Is Revealed In St. Joseph"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>St. Joseph\u00a0is a humble and righteous man.\u00a0In the first moment of our preaching this morning, we meditate on the humility of St. Joseph and bring this before Jesus.<\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\"><em>&#8220;For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith&#8221;<\/em>\u00a0(St. Paul to the Romans 1.17).One of the features of St. Joseph is justice.\u00a0And in the world, people end up mistaking and comparing the righteousness of God with men.\u00a0What is God&#8217;s justice?\u00a0Why the Church proclaims St. Joseph most chaste and fair?\u00a0We, in our righteousness, the righteousness of men compared with God.\u00a0Chastity also means justice of St. Joseph, being chaste he becomes a righteous man.\u00a0Thus all the features that we see in St Joseph make a righteous man.<\/p>\n<p>The word &#8220;fair,&#8221; within the biblical concept goes far beyond human projection. It has a much greater significance than we realize.\u00a0The righteous man, in the Bible, means not only a righteous, pure and chaste man, but a holy man.\u00a0Holiness was containing the heart of that man from his obedience.\u00a0St. Joseph was allowed to be consumed by holiness.<\/p>\n<p>When we celebrate St. Joseph and into the life of St. Joseph, entered the mystique of the Holy Spirit of God.\u00a0Now we enter a deeper dimension, because in a few places the Bible speaks of holiness.\u00a0Where holiness is no longer spoken or lived, we must find it [holiness] in St Joseph, imitating him in the way he is.\u00a0<strong>Saints We need men!<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Young Saints!<\/strong>\u00a0Not more talk of holiness or of chastity.\u00a0I believe that a youth is fair when you have the courage to live chastity in their courtship, when he has the courage to leave his love to meet the love of God.<\/p>\n<p>Today talk of holiness became taboo.\u00a0Often, being a good parent and being a young man who seeks holiness becomes a scandal because no one speaks more to seek holiness.\u00a0Unfortunately, many hearts are filled with scruples when it comes to live holiness.\u00a0<strong>Fairness is not pleasing men, but God&#8217;s heart.<\/strong>\u00a0Be a man in God&#8217;s design.\u00a0Often men do not seek holiness because they want to please men more than to please God!\u00a0Men, do not be afraid to be saints!\u00a0The world lacks holiness!<\/p>\n<p>What is it a life of holiness?\u00a0A similar life of St. Joseph?\u00a0What comes to be a true radicalism God? What are the external warning signs?\u00a0Does what defines the Christian person are just the outward signs?\u00a0An exterior or interior holiness?\u00a0Holiness goes far beyond appearances!\u00a0In Scripture there is no word from St. Joseph.His cry was the silence that said everything, he said nothing, but he lived.\u00a0St. Joseph spent his life worshiping God.\u00a0Assumed the paternity of Jesus, becoming a slave to the will of the Father for love and surrender to Him St. Joseph, who, being the son, had to be a father.\u00a0St. Joseph consumed his life in holiness beside Mary.\u00a0St Joseph, hardworking man.\u00a0Man who chose to love.<\/p>\n<p>Until the age of twelve the boy Jesus grew in holiness and was obedient to his parents.\u00a0God became submissive to Saint Joseph and Mary.<\/p>\n<div id=\"foto\">\n<div id=\"foto\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.cancaonova.com\/portal\/arquivos\/fotos\/2014\/maio\/01_padreserginho-004.jpg\" width=\"370\" height=\"250\" border=\"0\" \/><\/div>\n<div id=\"texto\">&#8220;We need holy men!&#8221; Urged Father Sergio Farias<\/div>\n<div id=\"credito\">Photo: Natalino Ueda \/ Photos: New Song<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>How you do to become a saint?\u00a0Holiness contains a feature.\u00a0We can mention here of St. Catherine, St. Therese of the Child Jesus and Padre Pio What was in them that led them to have radical hearts?\u00a0I wonder what happened in the heart of St. Joseph which led him to spend his life?\u00a0That holiness is such that the person &#8220;vanishes&#8221; every day to do the will of the Lord?\u00a0What do these saints have in common?What&#8217;s in communion between them that makes them so radical in living the Gospel?\u00a0Those seeking holiness can not sit still!\u00a0What makes these hearts?\u00a0What moves a heart to continue when their humanity, their meat either reluctant against the love of God?\u00a0It is love.\u00a0Holiness flows from a supply of love!\u00a0Not only feeling.\u00a0What moved St. Joseph was not sentimentality;\u00a0he was not moved by emotions!\u00a0What moved him was love felt, not feeling of love.<\/p>\n<p>St. Joseph was directed by a decision. What is your decision today?\u00a0<em>&#8220;Everything is permissible for me, but not everything suits me.
