{"id":15230,"date":"2014-09-25T01:01:42","date_gmt":"2014-09-25T06:01:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.cancaonova.com\/catholicismanew\/?p=15230"},"modified":"2014-08-30T05:48:32","modified_gmt":"2014-08-30T10:48:32","slug":"those-of-god-do-not-tolerate-injustice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.cancaonova.com\/catholicismanew\/2014\/09\/25\/those-of-god-do-not-tolerate-injustice\/","title":{"rendered":"Those of God Do Not Tolerate Injustice"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"notranslate\"><strong>Keep one hand truth, mercy and kindness, but on the other hand has a sense of justice.<\/strong><\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> <strong>Who is God does not tolerate injustice.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> <em>&#8220;Herod wanted to kill John, but he was afraid of the people, who considered him as a prophet&#8221;<\/em> (Matthew 14: 5).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.cancaonova.com\/catholicismanew\/files\/2013\/10\/pe_roger.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-13814 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.cancaonova.com\/catholicismanew\/files\/2013\/10\/pe_roger-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"pe_roger\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.cancaonova.com\/catholicismanew\/files\/2013\/10\/pe_roger-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blog.cancaonova.com\/catholicismanew\/files\/2013\/10\/pe_roger.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>John the Baptist is a prodigy among the people, their presence causes fright, embarrassment and admiration.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> John lives the authenticity of a prophet, a man who lives wholly and entirely to God.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> We moderate the ascetic life that John lives, a disciplined life turned to prepare the coming of the Messiah.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> <strong>John&#8217;s preaching causes discomfort, because it foretells the Messiah, Jesus announces, announces hope, but also denounces sin and error,<\/strong> and maybe that&#8217;s the hardest part about being a prophet, because a prophet does not live only proclaim Hope &#8211; how important it is to carry the love of God, proclaiming the faith, trust in the Lord &#8211; but the prophet needs to expose error, he cannot collude with what is not true, such as lying, hypocrisy and above, injustice.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> God hates what is unjust!<\/span> He does not<span class=\"notranslate\"> tolerate the butchering of the innocent, violating the truth,he does not let the the person be oppressed because of injustice.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> None of it is of God!<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\">Speaking of injustice refers not only refers to social injustice;<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\">but any form of injustice is an immoral sin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> Look how Herod lives with his brother&#8217;s wife;<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> this woman does not belong to Herod;<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\">she belongs to his brother.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> We can not, my brethren, tolerate and just find it normal when a person betrays the other, when the person starts to live wrong relationships when certain fashions and certain behaviors are, in fact, injustices against people.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> We need to let the Word of God, the prophetic way, inspire in us an aversion to error and sin.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Because often unjust things start happening within our own home when we are blind or are indifferent to error.
