{"id":15236,"date":"2014-08-05T01:01:46","date_gmt":"2014-08-05T06:01:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.cancaonova.com\/catholicismanew\/?p=15236"},"modified":"2014-08-04T05:10:31","modified_gmt":"2014-08-04T10:10:31","slug":"can-a-priest-tell-my-sins-to-another-person","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.cancaonova.com\/catholicismanew\/2014\/08\/05\/can-a-priest-tell-my-sins-to-another-person\/","title":{"rendered":"Can A Priest Tell My Sins To Another Person?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"notranslate\"><strong>When we talk about confession, many faithful carry in their heart a doubt: &#8220;How do I know that The priest will not tell my sins to others?&#8221;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" align=\"justify\"><span class=\"notranslate\"> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Among the sacraments of the Church, there are two sacraments of healing.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">They are: the sacrament of penance and anointing of the sick.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">About penance, we know by different names and each has its own meaning:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" align=\"justify\"><span class=\"notranslate\"> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><strong>1.<\/strong> Sacrament of conversion: sacramentally accomplishes the invitation of Jesus to conversion.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" align=\"justify\"><span class=\"notranslate\"> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><strong>2.<\/strong> Sacrament of Penance: it establishes a personal and ecclesial conversion effort, repentance and satisfaction for the Christian sinner.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" align=\"justify\"><span class=\"notranslate\"> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><strong>3.<\/strong> Sacrament of <strong>Confession:.<\/strong> Because confession of sins before the priest is an essential element of this sacrament.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" align=\"justify\"><span class=\"notranslate\"> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><strong>4.<\/strong> Sacrament of <strong>reconciliation.<\/strong> Gives the sinner the love of God who reconciles.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">The penitent makes the experience of the merciful love of the Father<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" align=\"justify\"><a href=\"http:\/\/img.cancaonova.com\/cnimages\/canais\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2014\/07\/formacao_o-padre-pode-contar-os-pecados-para-outras-pessoas.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-28890\" src=\"http:\/\/img.cancaonova.com\/cnimages\/canais\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2014\/07\/formacao_o-padre-pode-contar-os-pecados-para-outras-pessoas.jpg\" alt=\"The priest can count the sins to others?\" width=\"940\" height=\"350\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" align=\"justify\"><span class=\"notranslate\"> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">When we talk about confession, many faithful carry in their hearts the fear, and often there are those who wonder: &#8220;The priest will not tell my sins to others?&#8221;.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">On this issue, the documents of the Church affirm the inviolability of the seal of confession. <strong>The priest welcomes the penitent.
