{"id":16437,"date":"2015-07-13T01:01:12","date_gmt":"2015-07-13T06:01:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.cancaonova.com\/catholicismanew\/?p=16437"},"modified":"2015-06-24T05:10:33","modified_gmt":"2015-06-24T10:10:33","slug":"the-lord-puts-us-in-this-world-for-others","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.cancaonova.com\/catholicismanew\/2015\/07\/13\/the-lord-puts-us-in-this-world-for-others\/","title":{"rendered":"The Lord Puts Us in this World for Others"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"socialmedia-top\">\n<div class=\"addthis_toolbox addthis_default_style addthis_16x16_style\">\n<div class=\"atclear\">\u00a0<span class=\"notranslate\">The Word today is <strong>Romans 12:9-10:<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"><em>&#8220;Let love be sincere.<\/em><\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"><em>Hate what is evil, hold fast to what is good.<\/em><\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"><em>That brotherly love you unite each other with tender affection, rivaling you in reciprocal attention. &#8220;<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a class=\"cboxElement\" title=\"17062015Adriano\" href=\"http:\/\/img.cancaonova.com\/cnimages\/canais\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2015\/06\/17062015Adriano.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"lightbox[34799]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-34818 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/img.cancaonova.com\/cnimages\/canais\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2015\/06\/17062015Adriano.jpg\" alt=\"17062015Adriano\" width=\"600\" height=\"350\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\">Being a mature person is to be a full, whole person.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\">We are asked by Christ to live communion;<\/span><span class=\"notranslate\">however, the marks\u00a0that we bring to our relationships make us create barriers to our brothers.<\/span><span class=\"notranslate\">Let us not close our hearts to communion because of the marks and wounds that we carry from past relationships.<\/span>\u00a0Do n<span class=\"notranslate\">ot lose\u00a0our communion with the Lord, but let us reconstruct our relationship with Him.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\">On a daily basis, living with different people, small things that happen scream inside us and end up becoming \u00a0big things;<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\">and without knowledge we can not handle them.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\">No one can be happy alone, for the Lord has placed us in this world to others.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\">It is with humility that we learn to live our relationships.<\/span>\u00a0Do w<span class=\"notranslate\">e want to be right or to be happy?<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\">Sometimes we have to open our hands holding tight to our reasons for\u00a0the sake of our happiness.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\">To grow with the difference of the other, we must be willing to listen to the other.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\">Pride is the biggest candidate to bring us misfortune.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\">We have wisdom to break down walls and build bridges.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\">God is communion and not closing.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\">The culture of the meeting is a sure way to happiness.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\">We are called to be builders of bridges and destroying walls.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\">Pope Francis teaches us: &#8220;Nobody builds bridges without the instrument of dialogue.&#8221;<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\">How is the dialogue with those we love?<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\">And how many of the proud do\u00a0not open to break the barriers in relationships.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\">We destroy the walls of sin through confession.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\">We destroy the wall of grief to reconciliation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\">Maturity is knowing reveal the weakness of the other.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\">We are weak, but when we made the decision to destroy the dividing walls in our homes, our marriage, in our work, initiated building bridges.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\">It may be that the wall is high, but have the courage to release forgiveness and love for we break the barriers.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\">Let us build bridges of love.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"><strong>Father Adriano Zandon\u00e1<\/strong><\/span> <strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><span class=\"notranslate\"><strong>Priest of the New Song Community<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"><em><a href=\"http:\/\/clube.cancaonova.com\/sorrindo-para-a-vida\/o-senhor-nos-colocou-neste-mundo-para-os-outros\/\">Portuguese transcription and Adaptation: Ariele Silva<\/a><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0The Word today is Romans 12:9-10: &#8220;Let love be sincere.
