\u00a0The Word today is Romans 12:9-10:<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

“Let love be sincere.<\/em><\/span> Hate what is evil, hold fast to what is good.<\/em><\/span> That brotherly love you unite each other with tender affection, rivaling you in reciprocal attention. “<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Being a mature person is to be a full, whole person.<\/span> We are asked by Christ to live communion;<\/span>however, the marks\u00a0that we bring to our relationships make us create barriers to our brothers.<\/span>Let us not close our hearts to communion because of the marks and wounds that we carry from past relationships.<\/span>\u00a0Do not lose\u00a0our communion with the Lord, but let us reconstruct our relationship with Him.<\/span><\/p>\n

On a daily basis, living with different people, small things that happen scream inside us and end up becoming \u00a0big things;<\/span> and without knowledge we can not handle them.<\/span> No one can be happy alone, for the Lord has placed us in this world to others.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is with humility that we learn to live our relationships.<\/span>\u00a0Do we want to be right or to be happy?<\/span> Sometimes we have to open our hands holding tight to our reasons for\u00a0the sake of our happiness.<\/span> To grow with the difference of the other, we must be willing to listen to the other.<\/span> Pride is the biggest candidate to bring us misfortune.<\/span><\/p>\n

We have wisdom to break down walls and build bridges.<\/span> God is communion and not closing.<\/span> The culture of the meeting is a sure way to happiness.<\/span> We are called to be builders of bridges and destroying walls.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pope Francis teaches us: “Nobody builds bridges without the instrument of dialogue.”<\/span> How is the dialogue with those we love?<\/span> And how many of the proud do\u00a0not open to break the barriers in relationships.<\/span> We destroy the walls of sin through confession.<\/span> We destroy the wall of grief to reconciliation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Maturity is knowing reveal the weakness of the other.<\/span> We are weak, but when we made the decision to destroy the dividing walls in our homes, our marriage, in our work, initiated building bridges.<\/span> It may be that the wall is high, but have the courage to release forgiveness and love for we break the barriers.<\/span> Let us build bridges of love.<\/span><\/p>\n
