In the heart of God there is a very special place for those who struggle in favor of children<\/h2>\n

“When Herod realized that the Magi had deceived him, he grew angry. He ordered killed\u00a0<\/span>all the boys in Bethlehem and the neighboring territory two years old and younger ” <\/span><\/em>(2.16).<\/span><\/p>\n

The Holy\u00a0Innocents were those children who were persecuted by the evil of Herod. <\/span>The cruelty of this tyrant led him to pursue all the children of that area. <\/span>In fact, he wanted to kill Jesus, because I didn’t want, in any way, for another King came to disturb him or stop his reign.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fear, cowardice and so many other things we could observe in the heart of this man, who represents all the tyrants of all times of human history, men and women who have let their\u00a0heart to be moved by interests and by their own selfishness. <\/span>Men and women who were afraid of losing their Thrones and, at all costs, eliminated people, opponents and enemies, and who used and abused power perpetually.<\/span><\/p>\n

When we contemplate the innocent children who were martyred, it is important to remember that many other children, in human history, continue to be martyrs, as the\u00a0Holy\u00a0Innocents. They a<\/span>re children who are aborted in the womb of their mothers without right to life; <\/span>tortured by hunger, without the right to a decent life, because they don’t have a father or a mother to help them grow up\u00a0<\/span>Children are left or abandoned, thrown to any luck.<\/span><\/p>\n

Let us celebrate the life<\/h3>\n

Today, we want to celebrate not death, but life, because Christ came so that all may have life. <\/span>And all those who lost their lives because of him, even if it is a fetus [because fetus has full life] will always be with him.<\/span><\/p>\n

In celebration of the Holy\u00a0Innocents, we put our lives in favor of children who are to be born or were born. <\/span>Who puts himself on\u00a0the side of Christ puts himself\u00a0on the side of the little ones.<\/span><\/p>\n

That may God bless each mother’s pregnancy, with much love and tenderness, she give of her life to take care of her\u00a0children. <\/span>In the heart of God there is a very special place for those who struggle in favor of children.<\/span><\/p>\n
