\u00a0We all need to have a personal encounter with Jesus<\/h2>\n<\/hgroup>\n

“And Jesus came into the quarters of Caesarea Philippi: and he asked his disciples, saying: Whom do men say that the Son of man is? But they said: Some John the Baptist, and other some Elias, and others Jeremias, or one of the prophets. Jesus saith to them: But whom do you say that I am?<\/span>\u00a0“. <\/span><\/em>\u00a0(Mt\u00a016:13-15 D-R<\/a>)<\/span><\/p>\n

That Word has marked my life and my vocation. It was<\/span>\u00a0Jesus asking me: “you, Jonas, who am I?”.<\/span><\/p>\n

It’s hard to explain. <\/span>I was in the final year of seminary. <\/span>I knew all about Jesus, had studied about him. <\/span>But, a personal encounter with the Lord I had not yet had.<\/span><\/p>\n

You that already had this personal encounter with Jesus, you know what I’m talking about, but who hasn’t had it, needs to have it. <\/span>This is not something for a privileged few, but for everyone. <\/span>We need this personal encounter.<\/span><\/p>\n

Through this meeting, Jesus becomes someone alive for us. <\/span>From that date, you feel His love and His presence.<\/span><\/p>\n

Request: Jesus, grant me the grace of this meeting with Your person. That <\/span>I may understand your love and your presence in my day to day life.<\/span><\/p>\n
