{"id":17362,"date":"2016-02-22T01:01:02","date_gmt":"2016-02-22T06:01:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.cancaonova.com\/catholicismanew\/?p=17362"},"modified":"2016-02-21T13:59:15","modified_gmt":"2016-02-21T18:59:15","slug":"the-prayer-that-has-transformed-the-lives-of-men","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.cancaonova.com\/catholicismanew\/2016\/02\/22\/the-prayer-that-has-transformed-the-lives-of-men\/","title":{"rendered":"The prayer that has transformed the lives of men"},"content":{"rendered":"<nav class=\"breadcrumbs\">\n<h2>There is a prayer that is transforming the lives of the men and driving them to seek his true mission<\/h2>\n<\/nav>\n<div id=\"content-post\">\n<article id=\"post-83556\" class=\"post-83556 post type-post status-publish format-standard has-post-thumbnail hentry category-afetividade-masculina\">\n<div class=\"entry-content\">\n<p><span lang=\"en\">Something new has happened in the parishes. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">So in an even timid way, we have seen so-called groups of Men&#8217;s Rosary\u00a0start and gradually grow\u00a0more and more male, and in not a few cases reach 1000, 1500, 2000 people praying\u00a0the Holy Rosary.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-83672\" src=\"http:\/\/img.cancaonova.com\/cnimages\/canais\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2016\/02\/formacao_a-oracao-que-tem-transformado-a-vida-dos-homens-1600x1200.jpg\" alt=\"A ora\u00e7\u00e3o que tem transformado a vida dos homens - 1600x1200\" width=\"1600\" height=\"1200\" \/><br \/>\n<sup>Copyright: <span id=\"OBJ_PREFIX_DWT406_com_zimbra_url\" class=\"Object\"><span id=\"OBJ_PREFIX_DWT59_com_zimbra_url\" class=\"Object\"><span id=\"OBJ_PREFIX_DWT62_com_zimbra_url\" class=\"Object\">NiseriN, iStock by get images<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/sup><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">The most important thing is that this prayer has transformed the lives of many men, taken from many of them addiction, pornography, adultery and secret sects; <\/span><span lang=\"en\">returning them to the company of family and the frequency of the sacraments of the Church. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">So I thought it was important to write a book that depicts all these wonders.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">This work depicts what is the Rosary of the Men, the origin of the movement in [Brazil], as these conversions happens and what&#8217;s going on in the depths of these men. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">However, not content to speak only of the Rosary\u00a0of the men under the aspect of the life of prayer and its effects, but I saw a great opportunity to speak also of life, of subjects of interest and offer some literature that could give a direction\u00a0to the man of today, as is requested by our Mother the Queen thrice admirable movement of Schoenstatt-from whom came the first step\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en\">in recent times, for the propagation of the Men&#8217;s Rosary\u00a0\u2013 in which one of the pillars of the Rosary\u00a0is human formation for men.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">I have noticed that, from the prayer of the Rosary, the men have been converted back to the sacraments and, from that, sought a greater sense to their lives; <\/span><span lang=\"en\">Hence the second part of the title of the book: &#8216; the great masculine mission.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>But what is this great mission.<\/h3>\n<p lang=\"en\">I&#8217;m reporting here briefly, four characteristics God thought for the man in\u00a0his\u00a0origin, since the time he formed the masculine so that he\u00a0fulfills his mission in this world.<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\"><strong>Welcoming<\/strong>\u00a0-God first made man first then the\u00a0woman. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">Why? <\/span><span lang=\"en\">For him to be bigger than her? <\/span><span lang=\"en\">No! <\/span><span lang=\"en\">So, he created, could prepare the environment. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">The man is the host of the woman.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">We can see this image also in Jewish culture. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">When a couple was promised in marriage, we know, by tradition, that the obligation to build the House was on the man and, on the day of the wedding, he was going to seek\u00a0his bride, with his friends (cf. Jn 3.29), who was waiting for him at the home of his parents along with her virgin friends (cf. Mt 25.1). <\/span><span lang=\"en\">Therefore, the woman was given to the man, the Lord showed him (cf. Gen 2.22). <\/span><span lang=\"en\">We must view women differently from what the world offers us; <\/span><span lang=\"en\">We have to watch seem as\u00a0the Lord God sees them. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">From there, we can see her\u00a0richness and share our spousal vocation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\">Therefore, if a man does not respect, or welcome or care for\u00a0wife\u00a0wife, if he sees her as an\u00a0object of his satisfaction, he is acting out of his own essence, because he\u00a0is disobeying the sense of his\u00a0existence and, therefore, no matter who he is, he will not be happy.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\">Have you seen any man who is happy in life, that uses or exposes a woman\u00a0to psychological\u00a0torture, verbal or physical assaults?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gift of God the Father: Authority<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">Leader\u00a0-a man should &#8220;Accept his\u00a0responsibility of leading his wife and children\u00a0by the correct and holy paths to reach Heaven. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">[\u2026] Lead<\/span><span lang=\"en\">\u00a0her does not mean to be oppressor, attacker, centered on himself, which causes all follow his\u00a0thinking. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">But symbolizes the sacrifice of himself for the welfare of the other. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">Often, the one who leads\u00a0on a trip is the one who put takes upon himself as first any the risks they may encounter, precisely to ensure the lives of those who come after. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">He motivates and stimulates when necessary, but is alert to\u00a0each one\u00a0the different pace of each. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">I once read a book on spirituality, found a representation of what is this: [&#8230;] <\/span><span lang=\"en\">&#8216; When my father placed the ring on the\u00a0finger from my mother, and the priest declared them husband and wife, our Lord gave my father what is like\u00a0a curved stick of Light, it was a grace that God gives to man. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">It is a gift of God Father, the authority for this man driving the small herd that are the children born of this marriage, and also the duty to defend the marriage &#8216; (Lv. &#8216;\u2018O livro da vida! Goi\u00e2nia: Am\u00e9rica Ltda, 2009. p. 40<\/span><span lang=\"en\">) &#8220;.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>The most profound vocation of man is to be a father<\/h4>\n<p><span lang=\"en\"><strong>Paternity<\/strong> \u2013 the most profound vocation of man is being a father. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">He is born and developed for it.<\/span><span lang=\"en\">The man, with all that belongs to him\u00a0\u2013 his\u00a0gifts, talents and abilities, all his knowledge, practice and technique that acquires, everything that develops during his life \u2013only \u00a0finds fulfillment if channel all to exercise their parenthood.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">Generally, it is the father figure who teaches his son how to ride a bike safely and not to fall, letting go\u00a0when he sees he acquired balance, although the small one don&#8217;t trust himself. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">The child experiences the pleasure of being challenged by these occasions and by achieving small victories. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">It is also the father who, for the most part, plays asking the son to jump high\u00a0any time who holds him in his\u00a0lap.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\">All this is registered in the child&#8217;s head as: &#8220;you can do it&#8221;, &#8220;I believe in you&#8221;, &#8220;There is something with the child, someone to look over him, even when he feels alone in the challenge&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">In pre-adolescence or youth, it is also common to teach how the world works, or even to teach a trade to his son. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">Jesus learned to be a carpenter from his father Joseph.<\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\">If a parent doesn&#8217;t like work, is an adulterer or cultivates vices, his\u00a0child will follow his example or\u00a0will stand &#8220;up in arms&#8221; against him.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.microsofttranslator.com\/bv.aspx?from=&amp;to=en&amp;a=http%3A%2F%2Fformacao.cancaonova.com%2Fafetividade-e-sexualidade%2Fafetividade-masculina%2F\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-83599\" src=\"http:\/\/img.cancaonova.com\/cnimages\/canais\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2016\/02\/formacao_afetividade-masculina.png\" alt=\"Afetividade Masculina\" width=\"760\" height=\"100\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h4>Every man needs a fight<\/h4>\n<p><span lang=\"en\"><strong>Confrontation<\/strong> -&#8220;the basic substrate of human being is on femininity, and the male, to develop, must emerge through an effort&#8221;. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">This is biologically, mentally and spiritually real.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">Biological, because the embryo initially is feminine. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">If you go in a linear manner, that is, as has been happening since the embryo development at fertilization, the child will be born a girl. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">For a boy, there is a chemical revolution. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">Not that there aren&#8217;t male properties, the Y chromosome is there, but needs to be activated\u00a0in this revolution.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">Psychic, because both the boy as a girl are created for mom; <\/span><span lang=\"en\">Consequently, they get more time with her. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">The girls are in harmony with the mother and develop into the female. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">The boy needs to get away from the world of mother and, to walk away, he becomes a man.<\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\">Spiritually, because &#8220;the man will leave his father and mother and cleave to his wife&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\">Since we the time we are young\u00a0we authenticate our manhood \u2013 compete among ourselves, we challenge ourselves, we impose conditions, rites of passage to be accepted and we accept each other.<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">Every man needs to have something to fight for. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">The ultimate prize, the victory will be the consequence of what we acquire during the battle. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">Therefore, the great mission is to be welcoming, male drivers and paternal, face the world as the front line.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">That great grace is the third of the Men. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">From the simple prayer, but made with the heart, it can reveal and authenticate all those characteristics that God already deposited in us.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">I can&#8217;t reiterate enough that this movement is the initiative of our Lady, the woman who raised Jesus and want to form, generate in us features, infuse within us the same spirit of her divine son.<\/span><span lang=\"en\">Christ is the model of man who frequents the Rosary Men.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"entry-title\">Sandro Arquejada<\/h2>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">Sandro Arquejada&#8217;s is a missionary for the Can\u00e7\u00e3o Nova Community.
