\u00a0we need the Eucharist<\/h1>\n<\/hgroup>\n

When we receive the Eucharist, we receive really the body of the Lord, who have flesh, blood, bones, feelings and heart. <\/span>the Jews were fighting among themselves: how could he give his flesh to eat?<\/i> <\/span>(Jo 6.52).<\/span><\/p>\n

Jesus knew the questions were coming and what would they say: that the Eucharist is just a symbol, it’s just a spiritual\u00a0self-giving\u00a0of the Lord.<\/p>\n

The body of Jesus<\/h3>\n

When we\u00a0receive,\u00a0we receive the whole person of Jesus , the Eucharist is the risen Jesus with His glorious Body.<\/span>We enter into communion with his wounds, which were opened for us to heal our wounds and the marks that sin\u00a0has left us. <\/span>We share the Heart of God, who loved and still loves each one of us, the same heart that was pierced by the spear.<\/span><\/p>\n

The body of Jesus, present in the Eucharist comes to touch our being fully.<\/p>\n

How many people today suffer from depression, anxiety, stress and insomnia, depending on sleeping pills and live with little\u00a0tranquility! <\/span>Evils that are a result of temptation, who comes to destroy everything in our lives.<\/span><\/p>\n

Spiritual warfare<\/h3>\n

To support the spiritual battle in which we are involved, we need the Eucharist.<\/p>\n

We bring in we own creative power of God: the fertile man and the woman gives birth to a new life. <\/span>It is the partnership between God and the human creature to generate new children. <\/span>But the enemy takes advantage of our weakness in this area,\u00a0tempting\u00a0us constantly, so we use our sexuality in a totally unvirtuous\u00a0way.<\/span><\/p>\n

We are in need of love and affection, we don’t get enough love from our parents. <\/span>We were not valued by important people for us, at home, at school. <\/span>Soon, when we begin to awaken to the affective life, what it\u00a0offers us is sex and no love.<\/span><\/p>\n

We’re looking to give and receive love, but often what we receive is sex, vulgar\u00a0sex!<\/p>\n


\nTo defeat us in this battle the temptor\u00a0wants to tear us apart, destroying\u00a0us through\u00a0the weakest\u00a0part, we need the Eucharist. <\/span>Our strength, our food and medicine will be the Eucharist.\u00a0This<\/span>\u00a0is the body of the Lord, given to our body wounded by sin.<\/span>Many young men and women, boys and girls, have been through this experience, that is the source of all the damage.<\/p>\n

Our Lord Jesus Christ personally, comes to us to heal and free us. <\/span>Spending time with Jesus in the tabernacle is the best medicine, the best therapy. We can’t i<\/span>magine the effect this will produce in our lives, in our mind and heart, in our emotions and sexuality. <\/span>The Lord will bring forth\u00a0even the physical cures we need.<\/span><\/p>\n

Jesus Eucharistic, by the power of the Holy Spirit, wants to cure the whole area of our affectivity and sexuality. <\/span>He comes to cure the sterility that the whole world has brought us and gives us life.<\/span><\/p>\n
