We can not give up, for in God victory is certain.<\/span><\/h2>\n

That phrase always intrigued me, because I kept asking myself, “How can suffering, pain and loss contribute and contribute to the good of those who love God?”<\/span><\/p>\n

I imagined that for God’s loved ones there would only be celebration, contentment, joy, absence of problems.<\/span> But I have discovered one thing: the peace that God gives us is not the absence of difficulties, but the certainty of victory in the midst of difficulty.<\/span> What leads a soldier to continue fighting, even seeing his companions being killed at his side, is sure that he will win, a certainty that is confused with hope.<\/span> If he believed that his army would lose, there would be no point in fighting.<\/span><\/p>\n

With Christians it happens more or less in the same way: they suffers, they cry, they smile, they gets tired, they recovers the strength and begin to fight again, but they do not give up, because God gave a certainty to each one and like “in Christ we are more than winners, “victory is certain, and it is God who guarantees it.<\/span><\/p>\n

When we learn to accept situations with the eyes of faith, we can see beyond suffering and see, ahead of us, the victory that the Lord has already given us.<\/span><\/p>\n

The example of the ant<\/span><\/h3>\n

It is said that a boy was joking and began to watch a small ant carrying a grain of rice on his back.<\/span> He decided then to see how far that ant would go with its courage.<\/span> He noticed that there was an obstacle, seemingly invincible to it, right there in front of it: it was a small wall, but for it became the biggest challenge of her life.<\/span><\/p>\n

“What will I do?” Thought the ant.<\/span> “Should I leave the grain of rice and go up without it?<\/span> That will be easier!<\/span> Oh, but I got here, and right after the wall is I am already already home.<\/span> I already know!<\/span> Will not give up!<\/span> I’ll take the grain on my back, yes! “<\/span><\/p>\n

Then the boy watched the persistence of that ant.<\/span> The first time, it ended up slipping and falling.<\/span> This happened several times.<\/span> The boy watched to see if he quit.<\/span> After falling 69 times, the ant wanted to give himself one more chance, as he believed he would succeed.<\/span> Finally, on the 70th attempt, it succeeded and achieved its goal.<\/span><\/p>\n
