We of the New Song (Can\u00e7\u00e3o Nova) community have for a long time prayed these prayer these forty days that preceding the Feast of the Archangels St. Michael, St. Gabriel and St. Rafael, that is commemorated on the 29th of September. Therefore, I want to bring here in this post the prayers in case you also desire to pray with us.<\/p>\n

Prayer of St. Michael<\/strong><\/p>\n

St. Michael Archangel, protect us in battle, cover us with your shield against the the wiles and snares of the devil. Subdue him, God instantly we ask you, and you of Prince of the celestial army, through divine power, cast into Hell Satan and the other evil spirits that walk through the world seeking the ruin of souls. Amen.<\/p>\n

Prayer<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lord Jesus, sanctify-us, through a blessing always new, and grant us, through the intercession of St Michael, the wisdom that teaches us to lay up riches of Heaven, and to exchange the goods of time for those of eternity, you that live and reign for ever and ever. Amen.<\/p>\n
