“This is why the Father loves me, because I lay down my life in order to take it up again. No one takes it from me, but I lay it down on my own. I have power to lay it down, and power to take it up again. This command I have received from my Father.” (Jo 10,17-18).
The Lord calls us to give our life to him completely, Even with our weaknesses and limitations that are marks of sin. As He gave himself completely to us also we are called to give our live freely for the Kingdom of God.
God knows us and know our weaknesses, we ask today the Good Shepherd that he lead us with patience and mercy, bringing us to true freedom.
“Teach me, LORD, your way that I may walk in your truth, single-hearted and revering your name.” (Ps 86,11 NAB).
