Benedict XVI Arrives at Vatican Embassy

Pope Benedict XVI has completed his journey from Vatican City by returning to Vatican City State, that is the territory of Vatican City State the embassy on Massachusetts Avenue in US Capital.

Greeted with signs from a small group of the faithful welcoming him to the United States, the Pontiff entered the embassy after greeting from embassy personnel including the Nuncio Apostolico, Most Reverend Pietro Sambi. Bishop Sambi was appointed to the USA by Pope Benedict XVI. He Succeeded Pio Cardinal Laghi.
