Comedian Mo Rocca/Singer Kelly Clarkson Entertain Catholic Crowd

New York, New York–Comedian Mo Rocca whose resumé includes the Daily Show and Harvard’s Hasty Pudding Theatre warmed up the crowd prior to the Youth gathering with the Pope, he represented a stark change from other entertainers giving a more negative view of the Pope and Catholicism.

Using geographical humor he entertained the youth as people were gathering to hear the Pope.

“The capital of Vatican City, is well Vatican City.” as people cheered, he said are you all from Vatican City, wow, it must be crowded there.

He entertained other questions, including requests for water and whether or not Kelly Clarkson was Catholic, whom he introduced at th end of his set. “I want to thank you. This has been a great experience to wow you with my knowledge of capitals and getting a tan,” he said finishing his routine.
