He Wants to Enter Your House

“A man was there by the name of Zacchaeus; he was a chief tax collector and was wealthy. He wanted to see who Jesus was, but being a short man he could not, because of the crowd.” (Luke 19:2-3 NIV)

“For the Son of Man came to seek and to save what was lost.” (Luke 19:10 NIV)

What brought Zachaeus to want to see Jesus? Was it because of the miracles that He did? Or because of the fame that he heard from the mouth of others?

Today that is not as important as the actions of Zacchaeus, Like him we need to want to see Jesus everyday. Even so, it is not enough to want to see the Lord; it is necessary to make concrete steps.

Zacchaeus for his short stature did not allow his limitation to stop him. His size did not impede him in seeing Jesus. He climbed the tree to see the Lord.

What stops you, what situations take your focus off Jesus.

“When Jesus reached the spot, he looked up and said to him, ‘Zacchaeus, come down immediately. I must stay at your house today.’ ” (Luke 19:5 NIV)

Today the Lord is inviting us. Come down from there, I need to stay in your house. Perhaps the tree that you and I need to come out of may be pride or vanity or self-sufficiency or status. The invitation is to allow the Lord to enter your house (heart) and transform all the realities of your life as he transformed the life of Zachaeus.

If it is necessary to climb the tree in order to see the Lord, but don’t forget to come out of it so that the Lord may be with you in yoiur house.

The Lord desires to want to enter your house, but he made us free with the total liberty to not allow him to enter. This depends on you and me. Don’t lose any time. God is in a hurry.

THE PROMISE
Praying with the word of God from Luke 19:1-10, I received this promise that came after studying the word, I want to share it with you.

My children, I would like that you see Me in simple things day by day. I want to enter your house.

Don’t be afraid of the cleaning I will do, all is for your good.

I love you and I want what is good for you.

Thank you, Lord, I open the doors of my heart and give you free access. Amen.

God Bless You.
