St.Louis Grignion de Montfort, said during the 19th Century that “The devotion to the virgin will grow at the end times, the progress of this devotion will be sign of the end times.”

I believe profoundly in this prophesy and I am convinced that the progress of this devotion to Our Lady, already is evidence when analyzed under the escatological eye.

Our days already bring visible signs that the end of times is already near. Violence, violent storms, earthquakes, wars, Headlines of absurd violence. Jesus already warned us that these things would precede the second coming. Then it is not difficult to perceive that the triumph of the heart of Jesus and of Mary will happen.

With the eyes of Mary it is possible to see clearly where one lacks a new coming of faith and of love in hearts of men. so corrupted through the triumph of atheism.

We see the importance of being devoted to Our Lady, for she promises to be at the side of Jesus in intercession for us in the last days. Mary always was at our side, but in the end of times, her presence should be of someone who cares for those in danger,  in this fragility of faith, of discouragement in holiness, moral and Christian values.

Mary is attentive to the needs of the Church and, therefore, in the needs of her sons and daughters in faith.

The devotion to Mary is a form of telling us our yes to God and our yes to his presence in our search for salvation of our souls.

Remember the mission of the Church is the salvation of souls and this is also the mission of Mary, that all souls that were trusted to her may be saved.
