Intercession: What Is It?

Intercession is to put oneself of another to plead their cause and to put oneself between God and that one for whom we are asking, bringing to God the needs of the person and looking to obtain for the person the Help of God. (Col 4:2-3, Ez 22:30a)

Although Sovereign God puts limits to his action in respect to human free will (Psalm 113:24) or maybe God is always ready to act, but waits for human solicitation waiting to be asked in faith (What do you want me to do for you? (Lk 18:41) As the ruin of humanity or of any person is not His desire, God convokes intercessors on whom He can count to be able do his eternal plans of love. Through the intercession we serve God in the evangelization of the world, we collaborate with the mission of Jesus.

Our call to this ministry of the group of intercession that has the mission of praying constantly in an organized form for the specific intentions and CLARAS of the St. Andrew School of Evangelization being able to be in all levels: Parish, Vicarial, Diocesan and National.

In may places the school of Evangelization do not happen for lack of intercessors that dedicate themselves exclusively to this ministry. Therefore, it is the priority that in the School of Evangelization there are people praying constantly that the word of God may be announced in season and out of season. (2 Tim 4:2)
