St. John Bosco said:

You want that the Lord give you many graces? Visit-Him many times. You what the He give you few graces? Visit-Him rarely. You want that the demon attacks you? Rarely visit Jesus in the Sacrament. You want that the demon flee you? Visit Jesus many times. You want to conquer the demon? Always find refuge at the feet of Jesus. You want to be conquered? Stop visiting Jesus. My dear, the visit to the Holy Sacrament is a medium very necessary for overcoming the demon. Therefore, go there frequently to visit Jesus and the demon will not have victory over you.

How much broken we feel in our sexuality, in our thoughts and will, so much more do we need the Eucharist received and adored. Therefore we will receive, in the Sacramental Jesus, all strength, courage encouragement and the fearlessness that we need.
When we adore Jesus in the Eucharist, He injects the salvation, purifies us and free us.
That Jesus enters in our house and begins to reign. That the Blessed Sacrament raises itself to bless [our country], our home, our marriage, our children, our motherhood and our fatherhood.
