And Who Is My Neighbor?

There is a golden rule that should permeate all our life: “Do to others whatever you would have them do to you” (Mt 7:12 NAB). Acting this way, we will encounter along the way a person independent of whether or now we know them, or whether or not we life them, we will be impelled to be merciful and treat them well, the example of Jesus who spent his life doing good to all.

Lord, give us a compassionate heart, capable of helping our neighbor in every situation.
