Emanuel Stênio in the Holy Land

Hey Guys, Peace and Goodness!

Here already it is very late, I am in Bethlehem of Judea, we arrived around 9:00pm, but certainly, I will share a little of what I lived this third day here in the Land of Jesus.

We began the day crossing the Sea of Galilee. Many places were ‘modified’ by men, but here the Lord lived many of His moments. It was in this sea that the call of Peter, Andrew, John and James happened. Here he calmed the storm, walked on the waters and so many other works and moments important moments happened on and around the sea.

Being on the boat today and be able to renew the call, touching the beauty of leaving the boat of the world and entering the boat of Jesus, allowing Him to guide, was so strong emotionally, being on that boat on the Sea of Galilee, the lake of Jesus.

After, we went to the Mount of the Beatitudes, place where he heard Jesus teach us the recipe, the road to be happy, to go to Heaven. Here we were invited to take one of the beatitudes and live it this year in a special way.

From there we were to the place where the multiplication of loaves and fishes happened. Jesus never allows us to lack anything in our lives. His providence rules all things.

A little further and we arrived at the Primacy of Peter, place on the shore of the Sea of Galilee, where Jesus called Peter to be Shepherd of His Church. Here we prayed for  all the priests and also for our call asking God the grace of Loving Him will all our hearts.

I had the grace of putting my feet and washing myself in the sea of Galilee. Incredible Experience!

Then we visited the city of Capharnaum, the ruins of the house of Peter, where Jesus lived many moments, where He cured the mother in law of Peter. With certainly Jesus was there many times.

We saw a little of what is left of the city of Capharnaum, only ruins.

Then we drove to Judea, passing through Jerusalem and arrived at Bethlehem.

I summarized much of all that we lived today. There much to share and to learn and to teach from these visits today. Unfortunately, one post is not sufficient.

Today for the first time my heart did not contain tears. . . It was a very strong experience in each of these places.

You need to live this experience too, it is indescribable, it is the separation of waters  in our faith. You have the right to live this pilgrimage.
