God Predestines No One to Go to Hell

“God predestines no one to go to hell; for this, a willful turning away from God (a mortal sin) is necessary, and persistence in it until the end. In the Eucharistic liturgy and in the daily prayers of her faithful, the Church implores the mercy of God, who does not want “any to perish, but all to come to repentance”:” (Catechism of the Catholic Church #1037)

It is necessary to take care with certain discussion with those who say that we are already predestined for Heaven or for Hell. This form of thinking, beyond going against the Doctrine of the Church annuls the Divine Mercy that cares in a personal manner for each one of us.

In our freedom, we choose the desiny to follow, God always will be in our life presenting the way of truth and of life, in other words the road to Heaven. Therefore, we fight to choose God’s road, for a holy and just life, hard as our struggle against sin may be, we choose the Lord.

If you have someone in your family that you consider lost for not accepting God, and for living a “mundane” life, simply pray in order that the mercy of God reaches the soul of that person although it may be in the last second in the life of this child of God.

But let’s have in our heart total certainty: “God does not predestine anyone for Hell.”

Strong Embrace,

Until next time,
