The Reign of God Happens Where God Reigns, Where He Is Lord

In the 10th chapter of Matthew, there is an encounter with doubts that many of us carry in our heart.

Jesus sends the disciples on mission and exhorts them to be welcomers and to welcome what providence sends to them in the course of their mission.

The example of the disciples: we in our time are called to live in simplicity. The Gospel is demanding and there is no missionary life without daily self-denial

Today we can make as a reflection a self-evaluation! How are we living and announcing the Reign of God? Am I following Christ through love, through a desire for Heaven or am I doing my own will, gaining the glory of this world?

As the Pope exhorted in his homily on Saturday, July 6: One cannot be a half Christian, part-time.

The reign of God is for all – even men and women who do not believe – therefore, it begins with those that allow themselves to be transformed by the love of God.

A blessed day to all!

Count on my prayers always.
