That All May Be One

The aspiration of Christ is thatrevista_eto001 all may be one happens respecting our freedom. It cannot serve the pretext to an imposition that may want to force a disciplined unity to all men, when each one possesses a conscience through which Christ gives life.

The Son of Man does not come to the world to judge us, but to save us. With this, we do not have the right to recriminate the lost sheep, for they all are children of the Lord.

We do not believe in the good faith of others because our faith is weak, without strength. Never can we forget that a man without faith is a person completely without freedom, tolerance and love.

We know also that, when we have our personal encounter with Christ, He fills us with faith, for the Holy Spirit fills us. When we begin to let go of this faith, we distance ourselves from God.

The first symptom that we feel is distance in our prayers. The lack of the Word of God is what empties our interior. Perhaps you do not pray because you feel empty and because your interior begins to be fill this gap with grievances. You may perceive that you are standing no longer but are dragging yourself like a slave.

The man standing is that one whose spirit is  completely free, he controls his sensibility and his body. See that your life is a mission ordained by God and that it should be completed with maximum diligenceYour life should be for the Glory of God, for  the sanctification of your soul and for the good of the neighbor. That all may be one!

I believe in you.

God bless you!

Your brother,
Wellington Silva Jardim (Eto), co founder of the Canção Nova Community
