When Jesus saw his mother and next to her the disciple that He loved, He said to His mother: ‘Woman, here is your son’ then He said to the disciple: ‘This is your mother.’ (john 19:26-27)
We give to Our Lady of Sorrows and we ask that she intercede for us to remain faithful to the Lord during the tests and difficulties of life. We suffer what we encounter throughout our life. We have Mary as mother, she is always with us and collects our tears and brings them to Jesus.
Let us Pray: “Virgin Mary, Our Lady of Sorrows, mother strong and tender, look at us, in the road of life. In your lap of love welcome our steps in search of the new roads where suffering and the cross can be transformed into joy and light!”
