My dear brothers and sisters, in the context that we are living, we must ask God to bless our families, our home and our marriage. Without the blessing of God our family is doomed to failure.
What is the meaning of marriage?
In Sunday’s Liturgy , God shows how the family must be. One of the things that it is the duty of a priest is to guide the couple who seek advice for the marriage. I answered a couple in which the husband wrote on a sheet seven things the wife should do to support the marriage and I asked her what she did and she said: “Father I don’t need to because I’m good.”
If you come to the conclusion that marriage isn’t for you, don’t do it, because you will make the other miserable, because you are married to each other. To the extent that you’re going to renounce your desires for the desires of each other, the other will do the same thing. This is what is missing in many couples. Many get married to be happy and not to make the other happy.
One of the ways that the world uses to destroy families
In our House, if we are not vigilant, it is not good. There is no more “Bohemian” area, you’re putting a big “prostitute” that is the tv into your House. Respect our family and marriages! It’s time for our families rise, because from the beginning God made man and woman. We accept the freedom of each one, but we don’t want to impose these rules upon us. What rights are those who want to impose respect, but do not respect our conscience?
The crucifix must be in our homes, in our living rooms. We need to defend our families and not be afraid to stand up for what we believe. While you cross your arms, there are a lot of people working to destroy his family.
Maybe you ask: “Father you can love somebody all your life?”. If you ask this on tv, they will say “no”, because the love of the world is disposable, but our love is not a human love, but a love of God, because it leads us to a full and true love.
A testimony of love
There was a couple where the wife had alzheimer’s, and he had not abandoned her, even though she did not remember him. Every day, at 6:00pm, he went to the hospital to visit and she’d say: “who are you?”. This is the love that brings me to take care of each other.
The world thinks that the family is unsuccessful and you want to enforce that we should be as they want. Do not accept this! Why today you have so many houses with expensive gifts. Because they want to make up the presence of the parents. The children don’t want to toy, but they want to play. The children want the father’s presence.
When I was a child, I played with whatever and was happy. Today, even with the expensive gifts the children want more. The world teaches the culture of disposability. So we’ve ruled out the parents, the children and the people.
The first reading, Adam was sad because he felt alone. The human being was not born for loneliness. Unhappy that he lived alone and has no friends. God saw that Adam was alone.Adam did not collaborate with anything, he slept, because God was going to create his mate out of his heart. That which God has placed at his side, to grow together.
The man is the most rational and the woman is more sentimental. Men and women are different, so the two are complementary. When the child comes, you see that in fact, is one flesh.
The rule is that the father and mother grow old together. Never give up on that and that which God entrusted to you. It is possible to be faithful.
A threat to our families
The major threat to our families is the gender ideology. How will you convince yourself the father is not a man? The ideology is an idea and if we don’t do something, it will be enculturated and we will think that is normal. In us that we’re adults and we already have the conscience formed, it won’t take root. As the people who are conspiring against family, are “smart”, they go to the children who have no psychological and human maturity.
Every human comes from a father and a mother. The ideology is ruining our families. Now they want to take the day from the parents, to bring them to the school. We must not remain silent. We need to lift the placards saying that we are in favor of families. If they want respect we need to respect our families.
Already here in Brazil there are bathrooms are unisex. Fight for children. Find out who are the teachers. The professor doesn’t want to educate and form the conscience of the children, the ones who have to do this, are the parents. Keep track of your children.
We can raise a Christian people in Brazil , a people who defend the family. Let’s educate our children in the word of God. While on Earth there is a church, she is fighting for her children.The problem is serious, there are attacks, but the victory is of God, it is of our families.
