Spiritual memory is what results from the presence of God in us through its action, Word, inspiration and sacraments
Only the one who spends time with the Lord receives it! Keep the soul what God does in us is to keep the fuel that allows us to follow the more difficult path. I suggest that you spend time writing a little of your history with God; the things he did and said, you are a living every day.
