The Importance of Evangelization

“Now, how will they invoke the one in whom they don’t believe? And how will believe in the one in whom they don’t hear? And how will hear if no one proclaims? And who will proclaim if there is no one sent? “

There is the importance of evangelization: encourage, induce, facilitate, conduct the meeting of God with men and women, especially through the preaching of the word of God, the good news of the Gospel.

If there is no announcement there is no faith. So the first thing to be done is the proclamation of the word. But, we know that evangelism is not only that, It  goes beyond and continues in modeling by prayer and by the works (the word lived in response to the proclamation of the Gospel).

Already at that time Paul said all will hear the Gospel be proclaimed, all Israel, so no one could say that in he had no access to the grace of God.

Today, what can we say? The whole world has access to the Gospel. Even the countries closed to Christianity, the word of God finds its place in the underground … but winning hearts for God.

We have freedom to believe and profess our faith, we need to assert that grace for a life worthy of our calling.

Read Romans 10: 6-21

Title: salvation is for all

Promises

RM 10, 5.9.11.13.19

“In relation to justice that comes from the Law, Moses writes: Whoever does these things, will live by them.”

“Therefore if with your mouth you confess that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.”

“In fact: all who invoke the name of the Lord will be saved.”

I wonder: perhaps Israel not understand? Moses is the first to say: I will make you to be jealous of people who is not nation, I will excite your wrath against a nation that understands nothing. “

Orders

RM 10, 6-7

But as for the justice that comes from faith, the Scripture says: do not say in your heart, ‘ who will go up to heaven? ‘ (i.e.: that is to make Christ descend); or: ‘ Who will descend into the abyss? ‘ (that is to bring Christ up from the dead). “

Eternal Principles

RM 10, 8.10.12.14-15.17-18

In reality, what does the Scripture say? ‘ The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart ‘. That Word is the word of faith which we preach. “

“It is by believing in your heart that justice is reached, and is by confessing with your mouth that you get salvation.”

“Therefore, there is no difference between Jew and Greek: everyone has the same Lord who is generous to all who invoke Him.”

Now, how will they invoke the one in whom they do not believe? And how will believe whom haven’t heard? And how will they hear if no one proclaims? who will proclaim if there is no one sent? That’s the way it is written, How welcome the feet of those who announce good news. “

Soon, faith comes by hearing and preaching the word of Christ. So I wonder: do they not hear? Sure they did, because their voices spread throughout the Earth, and their words have reached the end of the world. “

What is the message of God to me today?

Who has ears to hear, listen! Because the Gospel is being announced to the four corners of the Earth.

How can I do that?

Listen to God and his word in my life.

Your brother,

Monsignor Jonas Abib
