Perhaps the Biggest Fight Is Not Against Big Sins, but Familiar Sins

We all have pet sins. We don’t know where they come from, but they come.

Some have vices as lies, pride, corruption, laziness, vanity or sexual sins, seduction and even drinking. Whatever our sins, there is no point to keep making excuses like “when I want to stop, I will stop.” That’s a lie!

You have to break away with sin and, each day, say “Not for today! Not for Today! ” [In Portuguese this is called Por Hoje Não which is PHN].

I, Father Jonas, livePHN, because God was showing me and I saw that I needed to break up with my SIN. It wasn’t a big thing, but I couldn’t admit it.

Regardless of where the temptation’s “sticking”, you need to make the judgement of your life, not to be judged by God. We won’t be perfect, but the Lord wants us to fight against our own sins.
With my blessing,

Your brother,
