Jesus criticizes hypocrisy and pretense

Many of us follow others to see only their mistakes and to criticize them.

Such an arrogant and hypocritical attitude is similar to the Pharisees. Often also seeking the prominent places and be first in line, but Jesus sends us to choose the last place.

Saint Therese of the child Jesus said she wanted the last place because she knew no one would fight with her for it.

I invite you to reflect on the parable of the publican and the Pharisee: Lucas (18, 10-14). God bless your day.
