Thousands of Young People Spin T-Shirts at PHN 2016

The classic scene of young people spinning t-shirts at #PHN ended the morning of Sunday activities

On the last day of the #PHN2016, Retreat at Rincon of the Cachoeira Paulista, SP, Brazil center of Canção Nova, thousands of young people who participated in this camp spun their t- shirts, symbolizing the closing of activities. The scene took place after the missionary preaching Dunga, entitled “you don’t despise a contrite heart” (PS. 50.5). The action achieved the classic and much-anticipated scene where the pilgrims turn and darting up t-shirts with your contacts written on it, such as phone number and address onj social media. The goal is that young people get the shirts and get in touch through the address in it, thus starting a new friendship.

Participating for the sixth time, Juliano Piano, 26-year-old from São Paulo realizde that through this time he built a great friendship, in which they pray for each other; even for those they have met to know personally but maintain contact through social networks. “It’s a very great emotion because of the contacts that we have created, by the interaction and above all by the friendship created from that moment of spinning the shirt” said the pilgrim.
