On August 24, Feast of St. Bartholomew the Apostle, a solemn mass was celebrated at Cana, in Galilee, the birthplace of the disciple of Jesus.

From August 21 to August 27, over 30 biblical scholars from the Salesian Biblical Association gathered in Jerusalem for the seventh World Congress.
