A couple weeks ago, I published a request for prayers for those who suffered an accident when a Canção Nova community van tipped over in the town of Santo Antonio de Padua in the Brazilian State of Rio. All but one have now been released from the hospital either unscathed or in various levels of healing. Seminarian Willian Silva Guimarães is still in grave but stable condition. He is slowly becoming more awake. He also sat up in bed for the first time and is now breathing on his own.

We ask the continued prayers for this member of the community studying for the priesthood. (-ed.)
