We need to be determined, we need to let go of this “more or less” life. The decision to break away from sin is up to us, and God is willing, with all His grace, to deliver us from sin. Let us decide: “For today I will not sin anymore.” This is the first position of every combatant: to break with sin and then, with each new day, to say “for today no”. For today I will not sin anymore! We need to fight and get to Heaven, for there is the abode of the determined; while hell is for the soft, weak and undecided. If we fall during the walk, the secret is repentance. Let us immediately repent, for we have a defense counsel before the Father: Jesus Christ the righteous. He was the victim of atonement for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the whole world. Through His righteousness, as long as we repent and take on a new life, we can walk with the certainty that we are responsible for a family that will live in Heaven.
