Always choose the truth

Only truth makes us truly free men and women
We receive such a large amount of information, so quickly, that if we are not attentive, we will be impregnated by a totally distorted mentality, to the point of exchanging the truth of God for the lie of the world, without our realizing it. Jesus praying to the Father, said, “I do not ask that you take them out of the world, but that you keep them from the evil one. They are not of the world, as I am not of the world. Sanctify them by the truth; Thy word is truth “(John 17, 15-17). It means that we need to be filled with the Holy Spirit. He alone will lead us to discern and walk according to the truth of God: “Sanctify them by the truth; Thy word is truth “(John 17:17). The great concern of the heart of Jesus is that we remain in truth, because only truth makes us truly free men and women: “You will know the truth and the truth will set you free” (John 8:32). Let us ask the Lord to pour out His Holy Spirit upon us, so that we do not stray from His ways. Come, Holy Spirit, and lead us in the situations and events of this day. Deliver us from error so that we do not stray from the will of God. Jesus, I trust in you!
