The Shrine of the Father of Mercies Will Have Daily Mass in 2013

Today, the Shrine of The Father of Mercies, still underconstruction, will be also a place for daily mass in the Seat of the Canção Nova Community in Cachoeira Paulista, in the State of Sao Paulo in Brazil.

According to the press office of the Fundação João Paulo II [John Paul II Foundation], the Masses will happen every day at 7:00 AM (Sao Paulo time UTC-0300) live through TV Canção Nova.

The Shrine should hold 5600 faithful, according to the estimates from the Department of Engineering and Architecture of the Fundação João Paulo II (FJPII)

The launch of the foundation stone occurred in December of 2007 and the work began in July of 2008. Since then, the work was in the phase of the subfloor and the external structures.
