“Look to the things on high, where Christ is enthroned at the right hand of God.” (Colossians 3:1)
We belong to God, and, therefore, all our acts may be for Christ in concrete attitudes to all the people that are at our side. As we choose to leave the old nature and become dressed in the new man, we become each day the image of Christ.
Through the action of the Holy Spirit we are renewed and change our way of acting. Today with the heart moved by the grace of the Lord, we ask the gift of the Spirit, in order that in all things and all our actions may be signs of love.
Therefore, as chosen of God, holy and beloved, clothe yourselves with compassion, with kindness, humility, meekness, patience” (Colossians 3:12)
We pray: O come Creator Spirit, visit our minds and fill our hearts with your celestial gifts.
