The joy of the Lord is a strength and gift of the Holy Spirit, therefore it should be announced in the life of all.To live in hope is fount of happiness for us, because we are not alone. We have a loving God, that sees and cares for all our necessities. Therefore, even in suffering, and in the midst of daily struggles, we should rejoice in the Lord and never lose hope.
