In a few days, the concrete realization of the prophecy of the founder of the New Song Community, Monsignor Jonas Abib happens with the dedication ceremony of the Father of Mercies Shrine. This mobilizes the entire Canção Nova Community 5th of December, at 6:00pm local time (3:00 pm EST) the largest number of faithful will participate in this day of grace in the Center of this work of God in Cachoeira Paulista (SP).
More than 160 people will work throughout the Canção Nova Communication System so that those who are not present on this special day, can follow the TV Canção Nova’s full coverage of the dedication.
The celebration will take place during the biggest event promoted by the Community, Hosanna Brazil , glorifying God for all the victories and achievements throughout the year. This year 2014 there are many more reasons to be thankful, because Canção Nova celebrates the 50th anniversary of Monsignor Jonas’ priesthood this, will be part of the focus in the dedication of the Shrine.
Stages of the construction of the Shrine
After the dedication ceremony, the new shrine will remain open for visitors, with daily masses at various times and confessions on site. There will also be a new portal dedicated to this holy space.
