“A Samaritan traveling, getting to the place and saw him and was moved with compassion. Approaching, he bound up his wounds, pouring on oil and wine; placed him on his own horse and took him to an inn and took care of him “(Lk 10: 33-34).
Our gaze must be on Christ. With him, we must learn to love and to do good to all, and to be a sign of mercy to all people. Like the good Samaritan who approached the man we also must approach those who are injured in the heart and in their history due to so many situations that they lived or are living.
Let us ask the Holy Spirit to teach us to walk in the ways of the Lord, with His followers in love and mercy with those who today are most in need.
Jesus, meek and humble of heart, make our hearts like Yours!
Jesus, I trust in You!
