We know that there are no relationships without wounds, and forgiveness will depend on the way we understand our hurts and cover them with love.
Forgiveness is always a challenge and an exercise for the heart. To help in this task, I indicate five steps:
1- Recognize that you were injured
2- Make the decision to forgive
3- express forgiveness through words
4- Making the decision to no longer comment on the errors of the person
5- Allow God to change your feelings and heal negative emotions
