Often the image we have of ourselves is distorted and deformed because of all that have heard in respect to ourselves.
When we are strangers to ourselves, we are often surprised by attitudes, feelings and reactions that frighten us. It is important that take time ourselves at this time for a moment and reflecting, wondering: Who am I not? Who I am? And who I want to be?
But to achieve this path of knowledge we need the help of the Holy Spirit to enlighten and guide us in this journey.
“The Spirit searches everything, even the depths of God” (1 Cor 2,10).
