The Father Waits for Our Conversion

At the time of the patience of God, let our hearts be converted in good wheat of God

“It can’t happen that, pulling out the chaff, arranqueis also the wheat” (Matthew 13, 29).

When Jesus tells the parable of the wheat and the tare, we were amazed, because the master did not bother to separate the wheat from the chaff. Separating them is what we need and we want to do in life, but we need to look at the field.

In the field of our heart there must be clarity. We can’t let the chaff be mixed with wheat, but, the truth is that often we lack the perception of what is chaff and wheat. From this, we need to get the wisdom and grace of God to distinguish and separate the feelings and the realities of what there is within us, which is negative, that is not of God, of what actually builds and sanctifies.

Once we have clarity, we need to withdraw, shake and burn the chaff that is in us. In the world we live in, the chaff is with wheat, because the world is each one of us. Sometime we have more chaff, sometime we have more wheat; and we are purifying and transforming our heart. We wish to be wheat, but we are not always, and we can’t deny that often we sow the chaff in the world.

Just see that there are many “detracting words”, and I’m not reducing the word to say that gossip is something good. Gossip is so bad, so evil, a chaff of worst kind and quality. Maybe, the chaff is the thing that most hurt humanity, and we think it’s a small thing. The chaff is a small thing, but it’s bad. At the same time, we recognize that in us thoughts, feelings and actions that are evil.

Mercy and patience of God have been waiting for our conversion!

In the Kingdom of God there is something spectacular, and only by the grace of him the chaff turns into wheat. Only with the grace of the Lord we contemplate extraordinary miracles to people who were true ‘ joios ‘ for humanity, but turned in a good wheat of God.

When we look at the life of St Francis, a Saul of Tarsus, an Ignatius of Loyola, we see that men were lost, but were transformed by the good wheat of Christ; they have turned into true wheat for mankind. So is God’s patience. You said: “why were the bad guys are not eliminated? Why were the bad guys not soon made extinct? “, because many of us would be too.

The mercy of God has acted, has expected that many fools to be converted. But in the end times, no! He will separate the waters, they’re going to separate what is bad from what is good. And the chaff that is not converted, not purified, which didn’t become true wheat, will be eliminated.

Brothers and sisters, now is  the time of the patience of God, let our hearts be converted to good wheat.

God bless you!
