Juan Diego who in 1990 His Holiness called the Confident Man of the Sweet Later of Tepeyac according to tradition well documented was born in 1474 in Cuauhtitlán, then the reign of Texcoco, he belonged to the race of the Chichimecas. His name was Cuauhtlatoatzin, which in his language meant Eagle Who Speaks or He that speaks with an Eagle.
