Blessed is the man who perseveres in temptation, for when he has been proved he will receive the crown of life that he promised to those who love him.(James 1:12)

Jesus said: “Watch and pray that you may not undergo the test. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.”.(Mt 26:41).

Lord my God, more than ever I need to remain close to you, for in you is my security and my strength in order that I may be able to resist the temptations that today come over me, and come with such force that it appears that I am not going to resist…Give me the strength of Jesus who in the moment on Golgatha resisted, even while tempted to shed blood….thus when He was in the desert the demon offered Him to satisfy His hunger, to give him riches which would corrupt his heart…He knew how to resist. Today various temptations come over me; [say your temptation] (the times of vengeance, obession, sexual temptations, masturbation, pornography sexual sins outside of a Catholic marriage, including adultery, sexual experimentation, sex with members of the opposite or the same sex, prostitution, getting drunk, drug abuse, compulsive spending, betrayal, robbery, assault, screaming, offending, remaining focused on the past, wanting to die or remaining sick, principally that sense that comes always to invite you to do that which you should not…)

Clean me, Jesus, of this evil, clean me: my ears that hear these temptations that remain hammering in my head…relieve these feeling and thoughts that appear crazy as if something unbridled entered my soul…in my desires…my will, and as they seem part of me feed me from this to lie, but I feel filthy from all this. I want to be free from these persecutions and these temptations…

Come angels of God, fight for me…come angels of virtues fill this emptiness corrupted by this evil…come free me from all this contamination that enter in my subconcious…give me Lord this grace to resist for more than one day…wash all the affected areas with your redemptive blood and that all my interior molded in you and with Jesus to resist all of this.

Come, Lord, enable me to resist the temptations of my obsessions, whether in dress or in food…through my time in football, my accessories, in my compulsions, en washing me, washing my hands, closing and opening doors, Idols, be they actors, singers, sports stars, political parties, come free me of these obsessions that many times I am not conscience, but that now I want to be free

Give me the Sanctifying grace for my feelings and to calm all this anxiety that feeds my life and my interior needs…purify my eyes for I may see as Jesus, purify my ears in order to hear as Jesus hears, purify my mouth that I may speak as Jesus speaks, purify my body that I may be so full of grace as Jesus…give me all understanding as that of Jesus…
Thank you Jesus and that I may be able to rest today in your arms that I may be able to sleep in your arms and that your angels may accompany during these days to protect me and to have strength to overcome these temptations always…Amen.
