Eucharistic Adoration is Our Defense

[In Spanish and Portuguese the term used for what we in English call the Blessed Sacrament is the Most Holy Sacrament. I have chosen to use the literal translation instead of the more commonly known vernacular in English.-ed]

Today our defense before the problems that we encounter in our house, with the children, with the marriage, with our family is in the real presence of Our Lord Jesus Christ, in the Most Holy Sacrament.

Every Thursday in Canção Nova, we live a day of adoration. We hold the monstrance, as St. Clare of Asisi did, in order that the Lord can defeat the enemies that want to attack us and destroy our families, our children, our marriages. Each time that we do this, it is a war that we are waging, a battle. We raise the monstrance, we raise the Blessed Sacrament, in order that Jesus Christ himself may be adored and may be loved in [Our Land].

We receive lots of testimony from all of Brazil, fruit of these Thursdays of adoration. There are healings, deliverances, reconciliations, conversions, true miracles that happen during the adoration of the Most Holy Sacrament.

Through the adoration of the Most Holy Sacrament we are rescuing whole families for God. We are rescuing holy places, our families that were under the influence of the enemy and targeted for destruction.
