The morning I arrived at work and opened the word in Phillipians 3:14-15 which says

“And I run in the direction to the goal, in order to win the prize of the celestial call that God has made in Christ Jesus. So we should think those of us who are mature; and if you think in some other way, God will illuminate you.”

Here St. Paul is totally categorically with his definition of spiritual maturity. Maturity is to know that one works not to please the boss or owner of the job, but to please only God with work honest and patient; Maturity is to know that one is not educating a son, but educating a future prophet for the nations; Maturity is to know that our goal is not a buried box, but rather Eternal Life with the Father.

This is the actitude to which God calls us in this day. To be Radical in our daily objectives.
